Only the best skins of pressed grapes are
able to brag of becoming Grappa Perusai.
The Accademy of Grappa valued it as high
class grappa, charming whole of tropical,
citrus and   woody fruits, with scents of
vanilla   and   chocolate. T o the taste it
presents   itself   with an elegant power,
delicate,

hot and dry.To the

backsmell you
find a persisting presence of woody and
berry fruit, with spiced scents and a touch
of liquorice.

It's excellent in

the

small

glass
after meal, sublime in "correcting" coffee.

ANTICA RISERVA PERUSAI :: (Old Reserve)

If Grappa Perusai is one of the biggest
expressions among young grappa, Antica
Riserva Perusai is

the same for what
concerns aged grappa.
In fact it is the

result of

years of

aging the
Grappa Perusai in small oak barrels.

This
loon

"lethargy"bestows on

it that particular
light yellow colour and that taste so
harmonic and

dainty;

they together

makes
it a grappa reserved to real lovers.
It' s a grappa to taste with the same calm
with which it formed.

GRAPPA MASCHIO 42° ::

Grappa Bianca ottenuta con vinacce
White grappa

obtained with selected skins
of pressed grapes. With a pleasant and
fruited scent,

it presents itself delicate

alone, but appreciated also in correcting
coffee and in making herbs and fruits
under spirit.

Grappa bianca ottenuta distillando vinacce
White grappa resulting from distillations
of skins of pressed grapes coming from
various vines.
It is soft and delicate grappa, very good

AMARO DELLA CASA ::

Liquor obtained through infusion of herbs
and spices.The different mixture of these
ones and degree of alcoholic strength
characterize the two products: one bitter
is sweeter and milder, the other one is
drier and "cleaner".

in two degree - 28° vol and 35° vol.

CHERRY ::

Liquor fruit of the maceration of morello
cherries in alcohol and sugar. Sweet and
scented.
Colour intense ruby red. To taste in small
glass also in company with dried fruit,
cakes and biscuits. To try as "correction"
of fruit ice-cream and making cakes.

Degree of alcoholic strength: 35° vol.
